Clean Power Is A Healthy And Green

Eating Clean Is A Healthy And Green!
Eating clean back to our grandparents' time: think about what their grandparents ate. They are often eaten raw or their gardens, organic, no preservatives or chemicals added .... Eating foods that are so close to their natural state as possible. I remember my grandmother cream made with snow! Examples of pure foods include fresh fruits and vegetables, wholemeal bread, lentils, avocados, egg whites, salmon, nuts, good fats, like olive oil, boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Examples of foods to avoid are processed foods like white bread, soft drinks, processed chips and crackers. The benefits of eating clean are significant, such as improved energy, decreased body fat, decreased risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and some cancers, and less consumption of pesticides and artificial flavors. Who would not want these benefits?

The tendency to eat own comeback, and it is hoped a healthy trend that is here to stay. Not only will it keep your family healthy, it's also good for the environment! Eating clean is also eating green: they are not treated and consumes much less energy and create less waste than packaged foods.
